Tiggy Potts currently only offer shipping within the UK, USA and Canada.

When are orders processed?

All items are processed within 1-4 working days and will be shipped via Royal Mail Standard Delivery which has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days. Orders to USA & Canada will go via “Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For” and can take 1-2 weeks to arrive. We will notify you by email when your products are in the post.

I might not be in when the parcel is delivered, do you offer a “click and collect” service?

No, unfortunately not at this time but this may be something we offer in the future. If this is something you would have found useful please get in touch to let us know so we can make this a priority in the future.

Can I pay for my bespoke products in instalments?

No, not at this time.

How much is UK shipping?

Shipping to all regions of the UK are charged at a flat rate of £3.99. The items will be delivered via Royal Mail Standard Delivery. If the total value of the basket exceeds £50 the shipping price will increase to £7.99 and a Special Delivery service to cover the value of the contents.

Overseas Shipping

We currently offer shipping to mainland USA. All parcels are charged at a flat rate of £15. All items are processed within 1-4 days and will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed with a delivery estimate of 5-7 days. Therefore we recommend a 7-15 day period from purchase date to delivery date to account for any possible delays etc. All international deliveries will be tracked and you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges. If you are unsure of the charges please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

How will I know if my order has been accepted?

All customers will receive e-mail confirmation of your order.

How will I know when my order is dispatched?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been dispatched.

My order has not arrived on time, can you help?

We are very sorry about that. Give it 2 more working days, if it still has not arrived please contact us and we will look into the matter further. We can’t be held responsible for deliveries that are late, which on the odd occasion does happen unfortunately.

My order has not arrived at all, can you help?

Unfortunately, deliveries do sometimes go missing which is extremely upsetting and completely out of our hands. We shall endeavour to recover the parcel or the value of the parcel if possible and send you a replacement. However, we cannot guarantee this is a viable option, therefore if you still wish to have the item you will have to place a second order. If this does happen to you, please get in touch immediately and we will endeavour to get the problem resolved.

What happens if I am out when you attempt delivery?

As per normal the courier will attempt to deliver your parcel, if you are not in the parcel will then be taken to your local sorting office. Please note that if the parcel is returned to us there will be additional postage costs to resend the parcel to you again.

My product got lost and/or damaged, what can you do?

We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, as any mistakes cannot be rectified once the item has been dispatched.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed and confirmed we are unable to amend or cancel your order if the product is already dispatched. However, if you have ordered a product that is yet to be manufactured and made to order then there is scope to do both of these things. If this is the case please get in touch as soon as possible and we will see if this is still possible. If you request is received too late in the manufacture process, as determined by Tiggy Potts on a case by case basis, you will be liable for the full price of the product even if cancelled. If at this point you require an amendment you may be required to pay an additional fee to cover the cost of additional materials or time to cover the cost of the alterations.
